What is the minimum quantity I can order?

The MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU. If you would like fewer than 50 custom pieces, please contact us. We highly recommend ordering 50 or more for custom orders due to the expense of the set-up cost.

Is there any toxic metal or chemical in your jewelry?

All jewelry supplied by Jewepiter is hypoallergenic and in compliance with European Union REACH and California Proposition 65 (EN 1811 - Nickel release / EN 12472 - Lead Content, Cadmium Content). Please get in touch with us if you require testing services to comply with the legal regulations of your country. We can also provide you with past test reports upon request.

What base metal do you use for the jewelry?

We specialize in sterling silver jewelry and brass jewelry. All of our silver products are made with 92.5% or higher silver purity. We only use recycled silver and eco brass.

What stones do you use for the jewelry?

We work with a wide variety of stones, including precious stones, semi-precious stones, cubic zirconias, crystals, pearls, opals, synthetic stones, and more.

What plating options are available?

We are able to work with silver plating, rhodium plating, gold plating, rose gold plating, and ruthenium plating. E-coating is available for anti-tarnish.

What is the thickness of the gold plating?

Based on your target price, we can plate from 0.015 microns up to 5 microns. In addition, we normally apply E-coating to extend the lifetime.

Does the jewelry tarnish over time?

All sterling silver and brass jewelry will tarnish (oxidize) over time. It is just a reaction between the metal and oxygen in the air. We plate all our jewelry with double the standard to ensure exquisite quality and a lengthy lifespan.

Do you work with demi-fine jewelry?

Yes! We work with thick gold-plated sterling silver and semi-precious gemstones. Demi-fine jewelry bridges the gap between fine jewelry and fashion jewelry. Quality and luxury can be achieved at an affordable price.

What types of jewelry molds do you use?

We work with silicone, and metal molds. Our experts will work with you to determine which mold is suitable for your project’s needs.

What types of finishing options do you offer?

All kinds of finishes are available, including raw, tumble, matte, and mirror finishing.

How long will it take?

Sample order lead time: 1 to 3 weeks depending on the jewelry size and complexity.
Bulk order lead time: 2 to 6 weeks depending on the order size and jewelry style.

Do you work with custom designs?

Sure. We take all kinds of designs, from rough hand sketches to inspirational pictures to technical drawings to imitating actual samples. We can customize products based on your preferences, like plating, stones, and metal type.

Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes, we can sign an NDA for every project we take on. We're committed to meeting all your operational needs. We're ready to sign an NDA if you want us to keep any information confidential.

Payment

What's your payment term?

The pre-design service is free.
We'll work with you to make any adjustments to the design if needed.

Bulk orders payment terms
All orders under US$3,000 must be paid in full before manufacturing starts.
For orders over US$3,000, 50% of the payment needs to clear before manufacturing starts. Before shipping, the rest of the 50% must be cleared.

Shipping

What's the shipping method?

The most common shipping method is DHL (it takes 3-7 business days, trackable). We can also ship with FedEx or UPS.

What are the responsibilities of buyers for duty, tax, and customs clearance under different trade terms?

For EXW Incoterms, the buyer is responsible for all import duty, taxes, & customs clearance. The buyer is also responsible for handling all aspects of the exportation, freight, and importation process. The seller’s only responsibility is for export packaging.

For FOB Incoterms, the buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with customs clearance. The buyer must also cover any charges and risks associated with dunnage, penalties, or delays.

For CIF Incoterms, the buyer is responsible for all import requirements, including customs clearance, duty, and taxes. The buyer is also responsible for rectifying any issues that may arise during the customs examination or importation process.
